Warranty Information

Most products sold on this site include a one year manufacturers warranty, please read the product manuals for full details.

All sales are final. FTAWholesalers.com will, at our discretion, issue store credit only for returned products in such cases where the return procedure has been followed and the return approved by FTAWholesalers.com. There are no refunds for any purchases.

FTAWholesalers' warranty is limited solely to: replacement, repair, or issuing credit for the purchase price of such product, at the discretion of EFTA. EFTA warrants to the original purchaser that products bought from EFTA wiill be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. EFTA will, without charge, at FTAWholesalers' discretion, repair or replace any components or parts if confirmed by EFTA that the product is defective, and that such defects are not caused by abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, Act Of God, lack of cleanliness, environmental conditions, electrical power failure, electrical power conditioning, neglect, shipping, or as a result of service, repair, or modification by anyone other than an authorized EFTA representative, or other reasons not caused by the product itself, providing that EFTA receives the defective product adjustment no later than one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What does Warranty cover?

Most products carry a 1 full year warranty that covers: Defects in material or workmanship that occur during normal use.
Parts and Labor to repair failed unit.
Return shipping from the repair center back to the customer.

What Warranty does not cover!

Shipping to the warranty center, Failures caused by Acts of God like lightning, power surge, flood, etc., Failures caused by faulty installation, Failures caused by use of products not supplied by warrantor, Water damage, Damage caused by abuse to the product, Batteries and cosmetic parts (cabinet, etc.), Shipping damages, Unauthorized modifications.

Conditions

To receive warranty service, contact EFTA first at shipping@FTAWholesalers.com to determine whether or not service is required. The sales receipt which shows the date of purchase and original owner must accompany the product to be serviced. Service will be refused for any components returned for service that are not in their original packaging.

What to do for Warranty repairs

Email admin@FTAWholesalers.com to troubleshoot the most likely problems. Then if instructed Email shipping@FTAWholesalers.com to recieve an RMA number and product return instructions.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds are made only in cases where an RMA filed with FTAWholesalers.com and approved by FTAWholesalers.com has been completed and product returned in original packaging in factory condition. For damaged items please refer to Warranty Policy. To file an RMA please email shipping@FTAWholesalers.com
